Industrial Adaptive Reuse Analysis for Milwaukee Junction

Working with SmithGroup, Mass Economics provided demographic, socioeconomic, workforce, and economic analysis for the Milwaukee Junction neighborhood in Detroit, MI. As part of the work, Mass Economics identified inclusive target economic clusters and matched these clusters to potential sites, based on their land and building demands.
